Everyone here speaks English — is Dutch worth it?

Speaking a language and being welcomed in it are different things. The Dutch version costs you nothing extra, and it's usually the older guests who mention it.

Does it work for Belgium as well as the Netherlands?

Yes. The Dutch is standard and reads naturally in Flanders too; for Wallonia you can add French as a third language.

Can we add a third language?

Yes, up to 15 on the same invitation — French and German are common additions for Belgian weddings.
