From the invitation to your album, in four steps
Publish your invitation
Creating and previewing the invitation is free. The guest photo album switches on the moment you publish it, whichever plan you choose.
The photo section opens on the day
On the wedding day, “Your photos” appears on the invitation, just after the countdown. Guests pick several photos at once and upload them from their phone.
Or they scan the QR code
Anyone without the invitation to hand scans the code on the table, types their first name and surname, and uploads.
You download them
Open any photo full screen, save a single one, or download the entire album in high quality as a ZIP.
A code on every table, for guests without the link to hand
Not everyone reopens the invitation during the reception. From your Photos page you download a ready-to-print PDF: cards for the tables or an A4 poster.

Table cards or an A4 poster
Download the PDF, print it at home or at a copy shop, and put it wherever your guests will see it.
First name and surname, nothing more
After scanning, the guest types their first name and surname, then uploads their photos.
Straight from the phone's browser
Nothing to download and no account to create: the camera opens the page and the upload can begin.
What happens to the photos
Who uploaded each photo
Guests who scan the QR code type their first name and surname, so for each of their photos you can see who uploaded it.
Each guest can delete theirs
Uploaded the wrong shot? The guest removes it themselves, and it disappears from your album too.
How long the photos stay
Guests can upload until the invitation goes offline, two months after the wedding. The photos are deleted with the rest of your wedding data twelve months after the day.
Included in the plan, not an add-on
The guest photo album is part of all three plans, with no surcharge on top.

Frequently asked questions
Does the guest photo album cost extra?
No. It is included in all three plans — Collection, Destination Wedding and Bespoke — with nothing to add at checkout. It switches on when you publish the invitation.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. They upload from their phone's browser, from the invitation itself or by scanning the QR code. No app, no account, nothing to install.
Can guests upload videos too?
No, the album takes photos only; videos cannot be uploaded. iPhone photos in HEIC format are accepted, and only very large files — over 3 MB or over 4000 pixels on a side — are lightly compressed, keeping their quality.
How many photos can a guest upload at once?
Up to 50 photos in a single upload, picked together on the phone, whether from the invitation or from the QR code on the tables.
How long are the photos kept?
Guests can upload from the wedding day until the invitation goes offline, two months later. The photos are deleted together with your wedding data twelve months after the wedding, so download the ZIP before then.
How do we get the photos onto our computer?
From your Photos page: open any photo full screen, save it on its own, or take the whole album in high quality as a ZIP. Large albums are split into several parts.
