A wedding that lasts a week, in one invitation
Not a page with five dates on it: one invitation per guest, showing only the days that guest is invited to.
The week, day by day
Welcome dinner on Friday, the wedding on Saturday, brunch on Sunday. Each day has its own schedule, its own place, its own dress code.
Each guest sees their own days
Your parents' friends are invited to the wedding only, your cousins to everything. Nobody reads a time that isn't theirs, and everyone replies for their own days.
Where to stay
The hotels you negotiated, with the booking code and the deadline, on the invitation of the guests who need them.
€149 once for a wedding that runs over several days. €89 if it is a single day.
The five headaches every couple faces
Guests from several countries, one invitation
One side of the family reads Spanish, the other English, your friends from university French. Cramming three languages onto one card — or keeping three versions in sync — is a nightmare.
RSVPs from every time zone
WhatsApp confirmations, email threads, calls from overseas. Sponsalia collects every reply in one dashboard: who is coming to which day, dietary needs, a headcount for the caterer.
Travel and hotels for everyone
Flights, transfers, the room block you negotiated with the hotel. Each guest finds what concerns them on their own invitation, with the links to book.
Paper doesn't travel well
Printed invitations posted to four countries arrive late, or not at all. A link arrives in seconds on WhatsApp, Instagram or email, wherever your guests live.
Last-minute changes
The ceremony moved by an hour, the shuttle leaves from another square. Edit once and every guest's invitation shows the new details — no reprinting, no second round of messages.
Everything a destination wedding needs
Each guest reads it in their own language
Every guest group gets a personal link. Opened in Madrid it reads Spanish, in London English, in Lagos English, in Paris French, in Warsaw Polish. You write the invitation once; the 23 languages take care of themselves.
RSVP and dietary needs, day by day
Each guest confirms in their own language, day by day, with dietary needs, allergies and a message to you. The dashboard gives you a live headcount and an export ready for the caterer — even when you're organising from another country.
A gift list with the way you get paid
Bank transfer (IBAN), PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, PIX, Bizum, Swish, Vipps, Revolut, Wise and more: you pick the method used where you live, and every guest reads the instructions in their own language.
One price, no subscription
€149 once for a celebration over several days, €89 for a single day. Unlimited guests, every language, the link stays live as long as you need it. No monthly fees, no per-guest charges.

Destination wedding FAQ
- Does Sponsalia work for a wedding in any country?
- Yes. Sponsalia is not tied to one country: couples from more than 35 countries use it, for weddings in Spain, Greece, Portugal, France, Mexico, Italy and anywhere else — or at home, with guests coming from abroad. The invitation, the RSVP and the dashboard work the same wherever the wedding is.
- Can guests really RSVP in their own language?
- Yes — that is the core feature, and there is nothing to set up. Every guest opens the link in their own language automatically: the invitation reads the language of their phone and serves that version, RSVP form, dietary options and confirmation message included. A guest whose phone is set to a language you haven't enabled sees English, and anyone can switch language from the invitation itself.
- Can different guests see different days?
- Yes, with the Destination plan (€149 once). Add the welcome dinner, the wedding, the brunch; then choose, invitation by invitation, who is invited to what. Each guest sees and answers only their own days, and the dashboard counts every day separately.
- How do guests send a gift from another country?
- Add the payment method you use — bank transfer (IBAN), PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, PIX, Bizum, Swish, Vipps, Revolut, Wise and others — and the instructions appear in each guest's language. You can also leave the gift section out.
- What languages are supported?
- English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Croatian, Turkish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, Greek, Albanian, Russian, Ukrainian, Czech, Hungarian, Kazakh and Filipino — 23 languages in total. If you need a language that isn't on the list, write to us.
- Can I update travel details after sending the invitations?
- Yes — and this is one of the biggest advantages over paper. Edit the venue, the times, the hotels or the shuttle schedule at any point. Every guest's invitation shows the latest version. No reprinting, no second round of messages.
